Estimation of the degradation of strawberries during rail transport from knowledge and experiences made on roads trips

Study context and objective

This study, conducted by Jean-Baptiste Nolot, is set in the context of growing concern for the quality of fruits and vegetables during transportation. The main objective is to assess the impact of different modes of transport, namely rail and truck, on the degradation of strawberries.
